his Privacy Policy governs the manner in which NBconsultant collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://nbconsultant.com.bd website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by NBconsultant

How we use collected information

NBconsultant collects and uses Users personal information for the following purposes:

To improve customer service
Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

To personalize user experience
We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
To improve our Site
We continually strive to improve our NBconsultant website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
To process transactions
We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
To send periodic emails
The email address Users provide for order processing, will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or the User may contact us via our NBconsultant Site.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Site.
Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalfs, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. NBconsultant বাড়ির ডিজাইন ও ড্রয়িংয়ের একটি ওয়েবসাইট। এখানে আমরা আমাদের অফিসের কাজ আপলোড করি; উদ্দেশ্য আমাদের কাজগুলো সবার কাছে তুলে ধরা।

নিচের নীতিমালাগুলো মেনে চলার অনুরোধ করা হলো:

১। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে আপত্তিকর কিছু লেখা যাবে না।

২। পোস্ট বা কমেন্টে এমন কিছু লিখবেন না, যাতে অন্য কারও আত্মসম্মানে আঘাত লাগে।

৩। ধর্মীয় বিষয়ে কিছু লেখা বা কমেন্ট করা যাবে না।

৪। অশ্লীল কমেন্ট বা পর্নোগ্রাফিবিষয়ক কিছু লেখা বা লিংক পোস্ট করা যাবে না।

৫। রাজনৈতিক বা দুর্নীতিবিষয়ক কোনো মন্তব্য করা যাবে না।

৬। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে কাজ ডাউনলোড না করার অনুরোধ করছি।

অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সোশ্যাল লগইনের তথ্য

Google বা Facebook দিয়ে লগইন বা অ্যাকাউন্ট যুক্ত করলে সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবা থেকে আপনার নাম, অ্যাকাউন্ট শনাক্তকারী এবং দেওয়া হলে ইমেইল ঠিকানা পাওয়া যায়। NB Consultant এই তথ্য অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি, পরিচয় মিলিয়ে লগইন এবং আপনার সেবার অনুরোধ আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সঙ্গে যুক্ত রাখতে ব্যবহার করে। আমরা আপনার Google বা Facebook পাসওয়ার্ড চাই না বা সংরক্ষণ করি না। এই লগইন ব্যবস্থায় ভবিষ্যতে আপনার সোশ্যাল অ্যাকাউন্টে প্রবেশের জন্য access token বা refresh token সংরক্ষণ করা হয় না।

আপনি প্রোফাইল ও সেবার অনুরোধে যে ফোন নম্বর, প্রকল্পের অবস্থান এবং বিবরণ দেন, তা যোগাযোগ ও অনুরোধ পরিচালনায় ব্যবহার করা হয়। অনুরোধের অবস্থা, সময় এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট নোটও সংরক্ষিত হয়। অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা ও লগইন পরিচালনার জন্য session cookie, লগইনের সময়, IP address এবং browser-এর তথ্য ব্যবহার করা হয়। Google ও Facebook-এ লগইন করার সময় তাদের নিজস্ব গোপনীয়তার নীতিও প্রযোজ্য।

অ্যাকাউন্ট বা তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ / Data deletion

আপনার NB Consultant অ্যাকাউন্ট, যুক্ত Google/Facebook পরিচয় অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে engineer@nbconsultant.com.bd-এ ইমেইল করুন। বিষয় লিখুন: Account/Data Deletion Request। অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল ঠিকানা, কোন তথ্য মুছতে চান এবং প্রযোজ্য হলে সেবার অনুরোধ নম্বর দিন। সম্ভব হলে অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল থেকেই লিখুন। অননুমোদিতভাবে কারও তথ্য মুছে ফেলা ঠেকাতে অনুরোধটি যাচাই করার জন্য অতিরিক্ত নিশ্চিতকরণ চাওয়া হতে পারে। পাসওয়ার্ড, authenticator code বা recovery code পাঠাবেন না।

এই অনুরোধ সহায়তা দলের মাধ্যমে যাচাই ও প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয়; এটি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে তাৎক্ষণিক সব রেকর্ড মুছে ফেলার ব্যবস্থা নয়। Google বা Facebook-এর settings থেকে NB Consultant-এর access সরিয়ে দিলেই NB Consultant-এ আগে সংরক্ষিত অ্যাকাউন্ট বা সেবার অনুরোধ মুছে যায় না। সেগুলোর জন্য ওপরের ইমেইলে আলাদা অনুরোধ করুন।

Social sign-in and deletion requests

When you sign in or link Google/Facebook, NB Consultant receives your name, provider account identifier and email when supplied. We use these to create and authenticate your account and associate service requests with it. We do not collect or store your Google/Facebook password, or retain access/refresh tokens for ongoing access to those accounts. Profile/contact details, project information, request history and login/security records support the account and requested services.

To request deletion of your NB Consultant account, linked social identity or related personal data, email engineer@nbconsultant.com.bd with the subject Account/Data Deletion Request. Include your account email, the data concerned and a service request number if relevant. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Never send passwords or authenticator/recovery codes. Requests are handled by support, rather than an automatic immediate erasure process. Revoking provider access alone does not delete records already held by NB Consultant; request their deletion separately.
