Small duplex house design Gopalganj plan south facing Duplex Home design at Gopalganj: 34 x 39 ft duplex plan south facing. This is a 44 ft by 60 ft land for a south-facing duplex building here. The client prefers a somewhat open environment.
Here the space is elongated. Within a small space. The client has one son and one daughter. Keeping the common rooms on the ground storey and moving the private rooms to the upper storey. Previously I showed some plans to the client, the client asked to change some things and finally after changing everything, this is the one they liked.

Here there are three bedrooms, one attached bathroom and one common bathroom and two attached verandas and there is a drawing-cum-dining room. There is a double-landing staircase

The client wanted it to look a bit nice. To look more beautiful within a low cost.
That is why I made his south-west side the front, placed some tiles on this side and made concrete posts for the veranda posts.
